Buyer Protection
What is CG RERA?
The Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (CG RERA) is the state regulator established under India's RERA Act 2016. It exists for one reason: to protect buyers like you from delays, mis-selling, and legal ambiguity in real estate transactions.
Six Protections Every Buyer Gets
Why RERA registration matters
Verified project details
Every RERA-registered project is public. Sizes, sanctioned plans, timelines, and title status are all disclosed and cannot be misrepresented.
Escrow-protected payments
70% of buyer funds must be held in a project-specific escrow account, protecting your money from diversion to other projects.
On-time delivery, or compensation
If a developer delays delivery beyond the RERA-committed date, buyers are entitled to interest compensation for the delay period.
Structural defect liability
Developers are liable for structural defects for five years post-handover. RERA gives you formal recourse if issues appear.
No hidden alterations
Once a plan is registered, the developer cannot make changes without 2/3rd majority consent of the buyers.
Transparent complaint redressal
Buyers can file complaints directly with the CG RERA authority and expect a time-bound resolution.
Our Commitment
Every True Value project is CG RERA registered before we list it. No exceptions.
